Weatherite window products are installed by a skilled craftsman to meet our high standards of quality and workmanship. Should any defect determined by Weatherite in workmanship, installation, or supplies used in installation occur, Weatherite will remedy such defects at no charge to the customer. Warranty shall not cover broken glass, willful abuse of products normal weathering and wear, nor to damage by acts of God such as fire, wind, hail, or other causes beyond the control of Weatherite. Color variations are not considered to be defects. All claims must be in writing stating date of purchase. Any implied warranty will not extend beyond the terms of above expressed warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
