Weatherite Installation System Sales/ Service Representative - Our reps are knowledgeable about all 15 choices of window installations we offer and all the options such as trim inside and out. They are careful to convey your choices accurately to all who work together towards your final satisfaction. Installation Manager - Our installation manager is Nationally certified and is very knowledgeable about the products and the methods of installation. He will make the final determination about the feasibility of the installation selected and list all supplies and materials needed to insure our crew arrives on installation day with everything needed to complete your install. He will make precise measurements on site and take photos as needed to insure that our Crew Chief’s know all about your installation before arriving at your home.
Warehouse Manager - When your windows and doors arrive, each will be checked for size, color, options etc, against the Work Order. When your order is complete, from all suppliers, it will be released into production. Warehouse Crew - Our warehouse crew will remove all labels, gum, oil and adhesives from your windows. The glass is washed and the frames are wiped clean with solvents. This does not mean the windows will still be clean after they are installed, but they will be easy to clean. All trim will be pre-mitred and precut and bundled with shrink wrap. Everything is labeled by line item from the original Work Order, and all supplies will be located with your windows so that the day prior to installation they can be carefully loaded on the trailer that will come to your home. Crew Chief - On the morning of the first day of your installation, our Installation Manager will carefully review the Work Order and all the particulars of your install with the Crew Chief selected for your job. The Crew Chief is the first to arrive and the last to leave. He will be present should you have any questions during the install, and will supervise all aspects of the workmanship at the job. Crew Chiefs meet weekly for ongoing education and training. Our Crew Members - Our Crew Members have been carefully selected and Receive thorough training to insure excellent workmanship in every aspect of the installation. The first window will be completely installed before proceeding with the other windows in your home to be certain you are pleased with the end product. Our Field Manager - Sometime during the day, our Field Manager will come by and inspect for quality assurance. He will complete a report on the adherence of the Crew to our very rigid standards of quality, workmanship and conduct. The Customer Survey - Our customers are the final word for how we performed. The Survey is sent to all customers with a self addressed, stamped envelope in the hopes that every customer will take a few minutes to rate our reps, office, crew and the experience from their point of view. Our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee - Covers all window and Siding installations. This warranty will cover all the in-between items not covered by the Manufacturer such as trim, caulking etc. Our Service Department - Our Customer Service Rep is here full time to address all warranty repair issues and to carefully track their progress. We will carry the ball on your behalf with the manufacturers to insure timely service and to be certain that all issues have been satisfactorily resolved. |
